​​We offer Full Planning & Coordination, Partial Planning & Coordination, Day-of Planning & Coordination, and A La Carte Services. Our services cater to first-time, encore, traditional, vintage, modern, trendy, Boho, rustic, beach and fairytale brides. We also offer planning and coordination services for social occasions, corporate gatherings, industry functions, and special events. Our dedicated event-day team and experienced planner will help to plan, design and execute your goals and objectives based on a comprehensive in-office Needs Analysis Form required of all clients.  We also provide personal flowers, centerpieces and arrangements, wedding officiant services, men's formal wear rentals or purchases, honeymoon, anniversary and family reunion travel planning, as well as an R&B wedding day music digital radio station to help brides select songs for their special day.

The overall planning process consists of four phases. The first phase is planning, which is the most extensive. The remaining three phases are organizing, executing, and evaluating, which encompass the coordination service.  The coordination service involves directing the flow of all formalities on the event day, such as the processional, recessional, seating of parents, and reception activities. Coordination occurs when the organizing and execution details are implemented. The evaluation phase includes website reviews, short surveys, and feedback from couples and guests.

We are passionate about weddings and events, and we approach the timeline of scheduled activities for a wedding or event day with the same precision as a stage director for a theatrical production.  At the start of the celebration, we will enthusiastically proclaim, "IT'S SHOWTIME.  For us, your day is akin to hosting a large-scale Broadway show that flows seamlessly.
