Detailed Weddings & Events LLC transforms intricate details into unforgettable experiences for less than the average cost of a Sumter County wedding.  Detailed Weddings & Events LLC is a mobile weddings and events company. While our initial planning and "Needs Analysis" take place telephonically and in-office, our team executes all coordination and management on-site at the client's venue of choice.​​​

What We Offer
WEDDINGS:  We offer four distinct tiers of management solutions designed to meet the specific needs of first time or encore couples: Full, Partial, and Day-of Planning and Coordination Services, as well as customizable À La Carte Services for those seeking targeted wedding assistance. Our expertise spans a vast array of wedding aesthetics, including—but not limited to—traditional, vintage, modern, trendy, Boho, rustic, beach, and fairytale themes. Our goal is to keep a couple's costs below the average cost of a wedding, as noted in 'The Cost of a Wedding in Sumter County, SC" linked below.
EVENTS: We offer professional planning and coordination services for social occasions, corporate gatherings, industry functions, and special events. Our dedicated event-day team and experienced planners will help to design and execute your vision, ensuring your specific goals and objectives are met.
 
À La Carte Specialized Services
We offer specialized and stand-alone services tailored to your unique scope. Many of these options are included at no additional cost within our three primary planning and coordination collections, or they can be purchased individually to fit your needs.  Our À la Carte Specialized Services include the following;
Anniversary, Destination, Engagement & Honeymoon Travel Planning Logistics – All-inclusive venue sourcing, group lodging blocks, and transportation logistics for out-of-city or out-of-country events worldwide.
Emcee Service – Professional live timeline management labor to flawlessly execute your entire evening, including welcome party introductions, formal dances, cake cutting, cued toasts, tradition tosses, and the grand send-off. This service also features a highly interactive wedding reception game with 10 guest prizes fully included.
Floral Design & Styling – Bespoke personal flowers, high-visibility table centerpieces, and custom structural floor installations tailored perfectly to your specific color palette and theme.
Hotel Room Block Coordination – Full-service handling of hotel sourcing and rate negotiations to secure zero-risk courtesy blocks and exclusive booking discounts for your out-of-town guests.
R&B Wedding Day Music Source – A complimentary planning tool featuring our live, 24/7 digital broadcasting platform at www.ladystarrradio.com to help you curate your R&B wedding day playlist.
Tuxedo & Suit Styling (Rentals & Purchases) – Direct access to premium suit and tuxedo collections through our official partnership with Jim’s Formal Wear®, including professional sizing and group coordination.
Wedding Etiquette Consultation – Structured, professional one-on-one office sessions providing definitive solutions, standard protocols, and structural advice for complex family and event dynamics.
Wedding Officiant Services – Certified ceremony options ranging from complete custom "Love Story" scripts with rehearsal direction to partial styling and short-notice elopements.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination – Stand-alone operational direction to map out your structural ceremony timeline, logistics, and processional pacing.

Our Management Labor Process

The overall management process consists of four distinct phases:
PLANNING - This is the most extensive phase, where we establish the primary foundation, budget, and creative direction for your wedding or event.
ORGANIZING  - In this phase, we transition from concepts to logistics. We synchronize vendor details, floor plans, and the precise scheduling of all moving parts to ensure every element is prepared for implementation.
EXECUTING -  This phase encompasses our Coordination Service, which involves directing the flow of all formalities on the day of the celebration. For weddings, this includes the processional, recessional, and seating of parents. For social and corporate events, this involves managing guest arrivals, program transitions, and scheduled activities. Coordination occurs when the organizing and execution details are implemented in real-time.
EVALUATING - Our commitment to excellence includes a final review of the experience. This phase involves website reviews, short surveys, and/or feedback from couples and guests to gauge our performance and to ensure every objective was successfully met or identifies areas for continued improvement.

Our Approach

We are passionate about weddings and events, and we approach the timeline of scheduled activities with the same precision as a stage director for a theatrical production. At the start of every celebration, we enthusiastically proclaim, "IT'S SHOWTIME!"
For us, your day is akin to hosting a Broadway show that must flow seamlessly. We take immense pride in managing the "backstage" logistics so that you feel like a guest at your own wedding or event. Our aim is to create a sophisticated occasion that leaves you with lasting impressions, evokes profound emotion, and provides a truly memorable sensory experience for your guests.
PLEASE NOTE: The Planning and Coordination fees represent professional management labor and on-site execution coordination exclusively for your event day. This service fee does not include the cost of equipment, decor, rentals, florals, or setup and breakdown labor.
